On Bloomberg News, Martin Feldstein said that 4th quarter GDP growth will be below 1% if not zero or negative (you can see the video here (hat tip to Tim Iacono).
I would be happy to take the other side (>= 1%) in a little wager.
How about one month of my salary vs. one month of yours Prof. Feldstein?
